Thanksgiving Weekend by iPhone

Wow what a long (but fantastic) weekend. It went a bit like this…

- Thanksgiving: whipped up some roasted turkey breast and green bean casserole (my fave) before skyping with the family back home.

- Friday: Opened a few bottles of wine and helped some of my favorite Hungarian-Slovenian-American friends decorate for the holidays.

Saturday: Christian and I joined Lily, Carly and a few other Americans for a delicious expat Thanksgiving which included Lily’s homemade mini pumpkin pies and a Johnny-Cash-jam-session by her Dutch guy (it was great! Encore…seriously…haha).

Sunday: Christian’s family came up from Maastricht and we walked around the Artis Zoo with his tiny twin nieces.

Oh Monday, why do you have to be so soon? Hope you all enjoyed your Thanksgiving weekend!
