Hello there from the beautiful island of Palawan!
We've been nestled up in the super cute beach town of El Nido, enjoying the lack of wireless and some of the best beaches we've ever seen.
I've still got some more updates on our escapades in Laos (and Vang Vieng tubing was just as fun as everyone says) and we had a quick 2 day stopover in Singapore.
We didn't do much in Singapore except eat, eat and eat...it's true, Singapore DOES have some of the best food in the world. Those hawker stations are ridiculous.
So if you find yourself in Singapore, be sure to visit the Lavender Street Food Centre and find the wantan mee station (it's probably the one with the longest line). Christian claimed this delicious noodle dish to be his best meal in Asia so far...we even came back the next day for a second helping. It was pretty high on my list too but sorry, Thai food just can't be beat.
And don't miss butter chicken, garlic naan and samosas from the Tekka Centre in Little India...
How we sum up Singapore? MMMM SO GOOD!
